Character Name: John Magnum (aka Sergeant Major Magnum)
Age: 30's
Background: War veteran; war hero. John is a one-man army, masterly trained in Krav Maga, and built by the Army Special Forces over 12 years to lead a team of highly skilled soldiers through the trenches of hell. He lost his battalion in war, and denied his re-enlistment because of the guilt attached to losing 'his' men. He only trusts one man completely, Col. Deckard, his commander and trainer while in the Army Special Forces. Since his 'retirement' from the Army, John has opened an Army Surplus Store and lives in a small town off the eastern coast where he has lived peacefully....until now.

Character Name: Colonel Marion S. Deckard
Age: 50's
Background: Colonel Deckard is a highly decorated Army Special Forced Officer. He has fought in two wars with Sergeant Major John Magnum, and has seen more than enough of his share of Hell on the battlefields. He was Magnum's commander and combat trainer during Magnum's 12-year career in the Army. Still a member of the Army Special Forces, he insists on continuing to command platoons on Special Ops as well as the common-ground battlefields. On a top-secret Covert Op to South America, he and his men are captured by a group of ruthless thugs running a drug cartel when their extraction plane was shot down by unknown forces...

Character Name: Vladimir Kinski (aka General Kinski - retired)
Age: 50's
Background: Kinski was a General in the Russian military many years ago, and has long since retired. Even during his time in the military, Kinski was a part of the Russian mob. Throughout his years, he rose though the ranks in the military as well as the mob. He was respected by the military while he was in and is feared by everyone inside (and outside) the mob who know him. His methods of getting the job done are brutal and sometimes unheard of. Kinski has recently taken a liking to the drug smuggling trade and has taken over drug producing and smuggling operations from a druglord in Costa Rica. Unfortunately for the undercover operatives of Deckard's Special Forces, Kinski isn't keen on having aircraft fly anywhere near his operations and promplty had their extraction plance shot down off the coast of Costa Rica. Not one to let an opportunity pass by, Kinski forced Deckard and his men to send a distress tape to their command, but what he doesn't know is that Deckard had the tape sent to Magnum instead...

Character Name: Ting Sun Wei
Age: 20's
Background: Ting Sun is a deadly female assassin from Chinese background. She is as deadly as she is beatiful. Ting Sun was trained in the martial arts from the age of 15 when she was sold by her family to a Russian mob who used her as a living weapon. She has never known love, nor has ever felt it, but she is stragely attracted to anyone who can best her in combat. She has been Kinski's personal bodyguard and assassin for the past 3 years. Her loyalty has been questioned by Kinski on a few occasions.

Character Name: Sergeant Alonzo Richter
Age: 30's
Background: Sergeant Richter is the only remaining member of Magnum's battalion. Richter was the only person of the team of 30 who made it out alive other than Magnum; he owes his life to Magnum. He still serves in the Army, but no longer under Special Forces under personal request because of pressure from his wife, and the due to the fear instilled in him from the traumatic events that almost kill him. Richter has a sort of brotherly bond with Magnum, even though they have not spoken since Magnum saved his life because Magnum moved immediately after leaving the military. After Col. Deckard's capture in South America, Richter has been called to help save him...

Character Name: Koh
Age: ???
Background: Koh is a massive, muscular, Asian man with an ungly scar across his face. He works for Kinski as a bodyguard and interrogation specialist, among other things. Koh's background is largely unknown as he doesn't say much, if anything at all; He let's his brute strength do all the talking.

Character Name: Penny Jameson
Age: late 20's
Background: John's civilian psychiatrist assigned to him after his release from the Army due to 'expected mental instability' from his wartime experiences and extended Special Forces training. She is mainly there to watch over him, but they she has developed somewhat of a relationship with John over the time she's spent monitoring him.
